The announcement was made this morning, when Spirit Air offered a US$24 off sale on flights booked before midnight Eastern Time tonight for round trip flights taken from November 1, 2011 to February 14, 2012.
As always, a big number of exclusions apply including that the discount does not include flights in and out of Armenia and Colombian cities like Bogotá, Medellin and Cartagena.
Also, the discount is taken US$12 each way on a round trip, for a total of US$24 off. The discount requires of a promotion code which can be looked up on Spirit Airlines’ website, www.spirit.com.
